
Recirc HeaterThis not a photo of the actual heater because I didn't want to tear the system apart to take the photo. The actual heater is made from 1" stainless steel pipe. This photo shows galvanized. The heater is a standard 120v 1450 watt hot water heater available at

Don't try this at home! If you are building a rims system, learn from my mistake. Interlock the
heater so it can't heat unless the pump is running! Be sure all your hoses
are firmly clamped to their barbs so they won't come off when you are
not looking. When they do, all the liquid is pumped out of the system
