PUMP

The pump is a March pump model 809BR. It is a magnetic drive pump that is capable of temperatures up to 290 degrees. This is necessary because one of it's jobs is to pump boiling hot wort from the boiler to the chiller.

The tubing you see may look like a vinyl tuping capable of melting but it is not, it is silicone and can handle temperatures up to 290 degrees also and is used thru out the system. I got ythe tubing from morebeer.com
